These terms govern use of the Norevella store and purchases made through it. The store is powered by Shopify. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to the terms applicable at that time, subject to mandatory rights under applicable law.

This is an administrative address and does not accept merchandise returns.

2. Store use

You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction or use the store with permission from a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate information and not use the store for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

3. Product information

We work to present product functions, dimensions, variants, limitations, and colours accurately. Screen displays and photographic lighting can create minor differences. Images and descriptions do not replace use and safety instructions.

4. Prices, taxes, and payment

Unless stated otherwise, prices are shown in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other amounts are presented before order confirmation. Payment is processed by the providers shown at checkout; Norevella does not receive your full card number.

5. Orders and availability

Before paying, you can review and correct your cart, address, selected variant, shipping method, and amounts. An order confirmation is sent to the email address provided. We may refuse or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including suspected fraud, a clear pricing error, genuine unavailability, or the absence of an eligible delivery route.

6. Shipping, refunds, and warranties

The Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms. They do not reduce applicable legal warranties or cancellation rights.

7. Safe product use

Use each product according to the instructions shown on its product page and any instructions included in the package. Inspect products before use, follow precautions for electrical devices, blades, resistance bands, and products used on skin, and stop use if you experience pain, irritation, or abnormal operation. Information on the site is not medical advice.

8. Intellectual property

The Norevella name, original content, brand photography, copy, layout, and graphic elements are protected by applicable laws. No right is granted to reproduce or commercially use them without permission.

9. Third-party services and links

The store uses Shopify and payment, analytics, communication, fulfillment, and shipping providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms. Norevella remains responsible to the customer for the sale to the extent required by law.

10. Site availability

We may correct, update, or temporarily interrupt the site for security, maintenance, or operational reasons. An interruption does not reduce rights connected with an order already formed.

11. Limitation permitted by law

To the maximum extent permitted, Norevella is not responsible for indirect losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen. Nothing in these terms excludes a liability, legal warranty, or remedy that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. This clause does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections or courts available in their place of residence.

13. Changes

We may update these terms to reflect operational, legal, or technical changes. The version published when you ordered remains relevant to that order where required by law.
