DESTINATIONS

Norevella currently ships within Canada.

SHIPPING COSTS

Standard shipping is free within Canada unless a different charge is clearly shown before the order is confirmed.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are normally processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Weekends, holidays, promotional periods, or unusually high order volumes may extend this timeframe.

DELIVERY TIME

After processing, standard delivery is estimated at 7 to 15 business days.

These timelines are estimates and do not guarantee a delivery date. Delays may be caused by the carrier, weather, busy periods, customs inspections, or other events outside our reasonable control.

INTERNATIONAL FULFILLMENT

Some products may be prepared and shipped by logistics partners located outside Canada. Your order may therefore cross a border before delivery.

Any duty, import tax, or fee imposed by an authority or carrier that was not collected at checkout remains the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.

TRACKING

When tracking is available, it is sent by email after dispatch. Tracking information may take up to 72 hours to update with the carrier.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

The customer must provide a complete and accurate address. Contact us promptly if you notice an error.

A change cannot be guaranteed after processing begins. Additional charges may apply if a parcel must be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided when ordering.

DELAYED, LOST, OR DAMAGED PACKAGE

If a package significantly exceeds the estimated timeframe, is declared lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at norevella@outlook.com and include your order number.

We will review the situation with the logistics partner or carrier before determining the appropriate solution.

RETURNS

The business address shown on our website is an administrative address and does not accept returns.

Do not send any product without first receiving written authorization and specific instructions from Norevella.
