These terms govern the use of shopnorevella.com and purchases made from Norevella.

By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms as well as our Privacy, Shipping, and Refund Policies.

PRODUCTS

We make reasonable efforts to accurately present the features, colours, dimensions, and images of our products. The actual appearance of a colour may vary slightly depending on the screen used.

Norevella may modify its products, prices, descriptions, or availability without notice. A change does not apply retroactively to an order that has already been confirmed.

PRODUCT USE

Norevella products should be used according to the instructions and precautions shown on their product page or provided with the product. Check the condition of the product before each use and stop using it if you notice damage, pain, irritation, or unusual discomfort.

Norevella products are intended for personal use and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. When necessary, consult a qualified professional before using a product.

ORDERS

Receipt of an automated confirmation does not guarantee final acceptance of an order. Norevella may refuse or cancel an order for a reasonable reason, including a pricing error, payment issue, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

If a paid order is cancelled by Norevella, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes and other charges are shown at checkout when they apply.

Payment must be authorized when the order is placed. Payments are processed using secure services provided by Shopify and its payment partners. Norevella does not retain your full payment-card number.

SHIPPING

We currently ship within Canada. Displayed delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather conditions, busy periods, customs inspections, or other circumstances reasonably outside our control.

The customer must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Requests are governed by our Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy. No product should be sent to our administrative address.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Norevella name, website content, text, graphics, photographs, logos, and other materials belonging to Norevella may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written authorization.

PROHIBITED USES

You must not use the site to engage in illegal activity, transmit malicious content, bypass security measures, obtain unauthorized access, or interfere with the operation of the site.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our store uses Shopify and may rely on payment, order-processing, delivery, analytics, and customer-service providers. Their use of personal information is also governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, by their own policies.

LIMITATION

To the extent permitted by law, Norevella is not responsible for indirect damages resulting from misuse of products, incorrect information provided by the customer, or events reasonably outside its control.

Nothing in these terms limits a right or warranty that cannot legally be excluded.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Québec and Canada. Mandatory consumer protections remain applicable.
