Change of mind or personal preference
Once an order has been processed, sales are generally final for a change of mind, personal preference, colour choice, or an error not attributable to us, unless a right is provided by law.
Cancellation before dispatch
Contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel or correct an order. We will try to intercept it, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun or the parcel has been handed to the carrier.
Damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or defective product
Inspect your order after delivery. If there is a problem, email norevella@outlook.com promptly with your order number, a clear description, and photos or a short video. This reasonable request for evidence helps us verify the issue and does not limit legal warranties.
After review, the appropriate remedy may include a replacement, shipment of a missing component, a partial refund, or a full refund, depending on the situation and applicable rights.
Undelivered package
If tracking exceeds the estimated timeline or stops progressing for 10 business days, contact us. We will review the tracking with the fulfillment partner or carrier.
Physical returns
Never ship a product without authorization and written instructions. Norevella’s administrative address does not accept returns. If a return is necessary, we will provide the appropriate address and instructions.
Approved refunds
An approved refund is sent to the original payment method, generally within 10 business days after approval. Your bank or card issuer may then need additional time to post the credit.
Legal warranties and online purchases
Products sold remain subject to applicable legal warranties. Consumers may also have specific rights when a distance contract does not contain required information or when delivery does not occur within timelines required by law.
