Destinations
The Norevella store is currently configured to serve Canada. Because some products are prepared by an international fulfillment partner, availability can vary by product, variant, warehouse, and destination address. If a product cannot be delivered to your address, it should not be offered at checkout.
Processing
Orders are generally prepared within 1–3 business days. Weekends and holidays are not business days. A confirmation is sent when the order ships.
Estimated delivery
After dispatch, delivery usually takes about 7–15 business days on eligible routes. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Customs checks, weather, peak periods, and carrier delays can affect delivery.
Fulfillment partner
Some orders are prepared by an international fulfillment partner and may ship from outside Canada. This does not reduce consumer rights provided by applicable law.
Tracking
When tracking is provided by the carrier, the link is sent by email. Allow a few business days for the first tracking event to appear.
Shipping address
Review your name, address, and postal code carefully before paying. We can attempt a correction only before dispatch. A package already handed to the carrier generally cannot be redirected.
Delays, lost packages, or damage
If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, the parcel exceeds the estimated timeline, or it arrives damaged, email norevella@outlook.com with your order number. We will review the situation with the fulfillment partner or carrier.
Taxes and import charges
Amounts charged by Norevella are presented before order confirmation. If a carrier unexpectedly requests a duty or import charge for a Canadian order, contact us before paying so we can review the situation.
Returns
Norevella’s administrative address does not accept return parcels. Do not send anything without authorization and written instructions. See our Refund Policy for details.
